ABOUT ME
Hi there! My name is Sarah "Birdy" Yosef, and I am from Lawrenceville, Georgia. I am a senior majoring in Computer Science at Georgia State University, located in the heart of Atlanta. As a Computer Science major, I enjoy exploring the various possibilities my education has exposed me to, and am on a quest to realize and materialize my full potential. My curiosity has led me to acquire skills such as mobile app development and UX design. While I still have much to learn, learning diverse skills has undoubtedly put me on the path to becoming well-rounded in the industry while simultaneously feeding my general curiosity.

Outside of college, I enjoy traveling to different states and countries, my favorites being Austria, New York, and Denmark. Immersing myself into different lifestyles and cultures, as well as meeting diaspora communities beyond America, is a passion of mine, and I cannot envision a future of mine that is uninspired by it. In addition to travel, I also enjoy artistic expression and outlets such as painting, ideation, and creative photography, which have enhanced my understanding of good design principles and the importance of visual cohesiveness.
As I finish my time in college, I embrace the journey I will be embarking on, both professionally and personally. If there is one major takeaway from my college experience thus far, it is to not confine myself and to embrace whatever is to come!
